1. Agreement

By accessing or purchasing from uhbstamped.com (“the Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Products & Descriptions

We sell tungsten carbide rings and wedding bands, including custom-engraved pieces. We make every effort to display products accurately; slight variations in color, finish, or engraving depth may occur. Ring images are enlarged to show detail — always confirm your size using our Ring Size Guide before ordering.

Tungsten rings cannot be resized. Confirm your size before purchase.

3. Custom & Engraved Orders

For personalized rings (fingerprints, handwriting, signatures, custom text):

  • You confirm you own the rights to any image or writing you submit, or have permission from the person it belongs to.
  • You grant UHBStamped a limited license to use submitted images solely to produce your order.
  • Custom and engraved items are made to order and are final sale, except for defects or errors on our part (see Return Policy).
  • Review your engraving text carefully before submitting — engraved items cannot be undone.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in US dollars. We accept PayPal, credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by them, with a full refund.

5. Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Every order includes free shipping and a gift box. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy is part of these Terms. In summary: unused, non-engraved items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Custom, personalized, and engraved items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective. Exchanges for a wrong size are available for a fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

All Site content (designs, photos, logos, text) belongs to UHBStamped and may not be reused without written permission. Customer-submitted images remain the customer’s property; we use them only to fulfill your order.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, including how we handle custom-order images such as fingerprints and handwriting.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UHBStamped is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Tungsten rings are durable but not indestructible; breaking a ring through impact or misuse is not a defect.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies.
