Return Policy

We want you to love your ring — and to wear the right size. Since tungsten carbide cannot be resized, we’ve built a straightforward policy that protects both you and us.

Size Exchanges

  • First size exchange: $14.99. Changed your mind on size, or ordered the wrong one? No problem. Within 30 days of delivery, we’ll remake your ring in the correct size for a flat $14.99 fee. Engraved and custom rings are included — normally final sale, but we know sizing mistakes happen.
  • Second size exchange: $24.99 Additional exchanges after the first are $24.99 per ring.
  • Return shipping: The customer pays postage to send the original ring back to us. We cover shipping the replacement to you.
  • Rings must be unworn and returned in the original gift box, free of damage beyond normal try-on.

How to start: Email services@uhbstamped.com or use our Returns Portal within 30 days of delivery with your order number and correct size.

Tip: Tungsten can’t be resized like gold or silver. Before ordering, get sized at a local jeweler with a 5–6mm ring sizer, or order a size up if you’re between sizes — wide comfort-fit bands fit snugly over the knuckle.

Standard Returns (Non-Engraved Rings)

Unused, non-engraved rings may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The ring must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original gift box with packaging.

Custom & Engraved Orders

Custom, personalized, and engraved rings are final sale and cannot be returned, except in these cases:

  • The ring arrives damaged or defective → we cover return shipping and offer a full refund or free replacement.
  • We engraved the wrong text, wrong font, or made an error on our end → free remake or full refund, our cost.
  • Wrong size → covered by the size exchange policy above ($14.99 first exchange).

Please double-check your engraving text, font, and size before submitting — engraved items cannot be undone.

Warranty

All rings include a lifetime warranty against structural damage and manufacturing defects. Covered repairs and replacements are free; the customer pays shipping. Normal-wear scuffs can be refinished free (shipping fees apply). Warranty is void if the ring is abused, resized, or repaired by another jeweler.

Defective or Damaged Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a prepaid return label, then issue a full refund or replacement — your choice.
